This Privacy Policy explains how Dare Fusion, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Dare Fusion," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with Kuub, including the website, web application, public profile pages, public collection pages, related subdomains, and any related products or services we make available (collectively, the "Services").
Kuub is a profile and collections network for saving, organizing, and sharing links to external creator, account, and profile pages. Kuub is not a content hosting platform for third-party creator media.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Services, including when you:
- visit our website or public pages
- create or use an account
- save or organize external links
- create or manage collections
- publish a public profile or public collection
- submit a claim for an external link
- use save-by-email features
- purchase or manage a Kuub Plus subscription

- collection titles, descriptions, header images, accent selections, and visibility settings
- saved link information, notes, tags, and collection placement
- claim submissions, proof URLs, and related identity-verification materials

Public Content You Choose to Make Available
Some features of the Services are intended to be public-facing. If you create a public profile, public collection, public note, public description, claimed-link display, or other public-facing content, that information may be visible to other users, visitors, search engines, and third parties.
You are responsible for the information you choose to make public through the Services.
Save-by-Email Information
The Services may allow you to send content to a Kuub-managed email address for later review in the product.
When you use save-by-email features, we may receive and process:
- inbound email content
- sender information
- message headers and technical delivery data
- candidate URLs extracted from the email body or subject line
- related pending import records for your review
We use this information to identify likely links, create pending imports, improve email import reliability, prevent abuse, and support the feature.

When you visit or use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information, such as:
